Intimate is a project by Max Estrella Gallery, born as a reflection space for the period of time that the emergency situation lasts. Issue 0 was published on April 3rd, 2020. Since then, the artists of the gallery have sent their creations week by week, which can be seen below, chronologically. Intimate aims to accompany you in these different times.

The current situation derived from Covid-19 is forcing the art world to create different formats and strategies to produce and exhibit art. ‘Intimate’ is an online project by Max Estrella Gallery in which the gallery asked several artists to produce video works on the current situation. We had the opportunity to design the online space where these 20 artworks live.

With works by Aitor Ortiz, Eugenio Ampudia, Bernardí Roig, Nacho Martín Silva, Markus Linnenbrink, Val del Omar, Marco Godoy, Almudena Lobera, Daniel Canogar, Hyper Studio, La Ribot, Leyla Cárdenas, Duane Michals, Rafael Lozano-Hemmer, Hisae Ikenaga, Jorge Perianes, Jessica Stockholder, Miler Lagos, Inma Femenía and Charles Sandison, Intintimate offers a range of perspectives and reflections on the pandemic, relationships, the spaces we inhabit and much more.
