Madrid Arts Week 2024 closing party by VETA
Digital art curation and 3D graphics production for the party organised by the contemporary art gallert VETA by Fer Francés at Fitz Club.
The contemporary art gallery VETA by Fer Francés organised the closing party of Madrid Arts Week 2024 at Fitz Club. This room has a set of LED screens of more than 200 m² in the shape of a fragmented dome for which we developed a series of corporate graphics and also curated and adapted a selection of works by the French artist Bora.
BORA is an interdisciplinary queer artist from France who explores various mediums that together form a universe where imagination is activism. Their emotional cathedral is multifaceted; it is magical, unafraid of all that it can be, all the forms it can embody, and all the voices it can assume. Their series 'Soft Creatures' is an attempt at deconstruction and acceptance that invites us to show ourselves as we are, to reconstruct and embody our narratives.
To adapt the pieces to the geometry of the dome, we developed a 3D replica of the space. On the digital models of the screens we projected the pieces in order to obtain a continuous image through the different devices, reinforcing the immersive effect in the form of a dome. These geometries were then transformed into a two-dimensional image that the graphic system of the club interprets and launches the different displays, creating a 360º experience.
